The ones I have found are published by the Freedom From Religion Foundation. According to the press release, literature was provided by several individuals and freethought organizations including the Freedom From Religion Foundation, American Atheists, the Secular Student Alliance, American Humanist Association,the Florida Atheists and Secular Humanists (FLASH), and the Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason and Science.
